The hotel room was clean and a comfortable size for 2 people. I liked the morning breakfast that was included with coffee and it was convenient to have a refrigerator to chill our drinks for the beach. It was very close to both the York beaches and the Kittery outlets. Bonus an indoor pool and fitness center. While I wasn't there long enough to use the pool, it still scores bonus points to be able to swim no matter what the weather.

Room large and very comfortable with USB outlets on the bed side table; towels and soap good quality and bed also very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with very good scrambled eggs. I didn't have any bacon or sausage. Bagels and toast (only white) provided, pancakes, yogurt and fresh fruit. Juices and good coffee. We were happy and felt satisfied.

Breakfast was good. Front desk friendly. Location was near where i needed to be. Was concerned about a couple in front of me that had charges on their bill they couldn't figure out. I will say i has no problem with anything on mine. Really expensive for one night and the quality. My room was clean and spacious. Furniture seemed dated. Otherwise good.

Front desk area was really clean and had a good selection of drinks, snacks and other stuff that may have gotten forgotten when packed. Room was nice and a good size. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection.

The staff was sooooo friendly and helpful. I left my key in the room when i went for breakfast, the woman at the desk made me another one right away. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful
